Mental health disorders and symptoms can arise for a variety of reasons, such as exceptional stress, trauma, long-term adverse circumstances, or physical illness.
The beginning of any therapeutic process first involves one or more initial consultations, during which the goal is to better understand your situation and needs. These sessions explore your current life circumstances, physical and social factors, as well as relevant biographical experiences in depth, in order to determine whether psychotherapeutic treatment is recommended and which therapeutic approach may be most suitable.
The psychodynamic orientation of my work focuses on identifying, understanding, and working through unconscious conflicts and patterns. Through this process, symptoms can be alleviated or resolved. Therapy is intended to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, improve your relationships, and lead a more fulfilling life.
A respectful and dignified approach is the foundation of a trusting and successful therapeutic relationship for me.
